About MAKE EAT
Make Eat Magazine explores the paths to a balanced life.
From the beginning the magazine was inspired by the quilt-like looking fields of Beit Netofa Valley in lower Galilee. The ever changing, differently shaped fields remind us of the multicultural people of the region, of being in sync with nature, and of nurturing a healthy community.
We want to make time to breathe slowly. We seek the connection to the land, the calming escape from the daily noise, and the rituals that bring people together.
With our mindful readers we share inspiring, personal stories of makers and dreamers, find beautiful moments, and celebrate the good in our lives.
